Step 1
Go to the site: http://ptc-investigation.com. This is the site that will show you the list of scam PTC sites.
Step 2
Once you are in the site, you will see a search box. Enter the PTC site you are interested in within that box. You will then see results right away. There will be sites under the watch list; if the site your seeking for is in this list please follow the instructions on step 4.
Step 3
For those of you whom are interested in joining a PTC site but don't know of one you can search on the top of this site. You will see these categories "Legit and Trusted PTC Sites"You can browse through these categories to find a site your interested in or just to see which sites are scams.
Step 4
Ok, so the PTC site you are looking for is in a watchlist or maybe it is just not listed. Go to www.google.com and enter the name of the ptc site with the word "scam" after it. You will see many results.
Be warned, you may see many positive feedbacks and/or negative ones. Usually website owners and their friends try to make their PTC site as positive as possible, hopefully you are able to tell the difference between what is the truth and what's not.
